GILMOUR, R.\nGARLAND]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the Notice of Completion\nfor CIP 2305, San Vicente Blvd & Rosewood Avenue Street Improvements by\nSelect Electric, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the work and authorize the following: a. File the\nNotice of Completion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles Recorder’s Office,\nb. Issue the final payment to the contractor at the end of the 35 day lien period,\nc. Release of the Performance Bond on the date of recordation of the Notice of\nCompletion, d. Release of the Payment Bond 35 days after the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, pending no receipt of Stop Notices from\nmaterial suppliers or subcontractors.
