2.10 APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS\nFOR THE SWEET SHADE UNIVERSAL PLAYGROUND\nACTION:\n1) Approve the construction plans, specifications, and contract documents for\nthe Sweet Shade Universal Playground, CIP 361906.\n2) Approve the Engineer's Estimate, Construction Contingency, and Project\nFunding Summary.\n3) Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and award the construction\ncontract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in accordance with\nthe City's purchasing policies and procedures, within the approved project\nbudget.\n2.10
