10. Resolution Approving the Use of FY 2024-25 Community Development\nBlock Grant Funds for the Installation of Americans With Disabilities Act\nCompliant Curb Ramps\nRecommendation -\n1. Conduct a public hearing.\n2. Take testimony and other evidence as presented.\n3. Adopt resolution to approve the City’s FY 2024-25 Community\nDevelopment Block Grant funds in the amount of $61,378, plus $33,231\nin carry-over Community Development Block Grant funds for a total of\n$94,609 to implement a new FY 2024-25 Community Development Block\nGrant project entitled, "Installation of Americans with Disabilities Act\nCompliant Curb Ramps" and add the City’s future FY 2025-26\nCommunity Development Block Grant allocation estimated at $60,000 to\nthis project, when available after July 1, 2025.\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all contracts, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority.\n5. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
