6) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO ROBERT D.\nNIEHAUS, INC. FOR WATER AND SEWER UTILITY RATE STUDY\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. (Contract No. 2336) in\nthe amount of $59,440, to conduct a Water and Sewer Utility Rate Study;\nb. Authorize a fifteen percent contingency in the amount of $8,916; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe contract and all related documents.
