9. AMENDMENTS TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CONVERGINT\nTECHNOLOGIES, LLC FOR THE ONTARIO MUSEUM OF HISTORY AND ARTS EXTERIOR DOOR\nACCESS CONTROL UPGRADE AND THE CCTV INTERSECTION CAMERA INSTALLATION\nPROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 3 to the\nMaintenance Services Agreement with Convergint Technologies, LLC, of La Palma,\nCalifornia, for the Ontario Museum of History and Arts Exterior Door Access Control\nUpgrade in the amount of $8,648 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$3,851,128, and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 4 to the\nMaintenance Services Agreement with Convergint Technologies, LLC, of La Palma,\nCalifornia, for the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Intersection Camera Installation\nProject in the amount of $402,348 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$4,253,476; and\nC.
