MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC.\nFOR OLD MODEL COLONY WEED ABATEMENT AND PRIORITY LANDSCAPE SERVICES, LLC.\nFOR CELEBRATION PARK NORTH AND SOUTH\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Maintenance Services\nAgreement with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., of Upland, California, for Old Model\nColony Weed Abatement for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $863,784 for up to\nfive (5) years; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Priority Landscape Services, LLC., of Anaheim, California, for Celebration\nPark North and South for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $952,902 for up to\nfive (5) years.\nATTACHMENT: Maintenance Services Agreement-BrightView Landscape Services, Inc\nATTACHMENT: Maintenance Services Agreement-Priority Landscape Services, LLC
