19. California State Library Grant Fund Acceptance for Zip Book Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-005 and No. 25-006,\nthereby:\n(1) Accepting grant funds from the California State Library, providing the City with\n$12,198 to aid in the expansion of the Zip Books Project;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to finalize all documents needed\nto execute the grant contract; and\n(3) Amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 to reflect an additional\nappropriation in the amount of $12,198.
