2.7 RELOCATION FUNDING AND STORAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH\nFLYING LEATHERNECKS HISTORICAL FOUNDATION\nACTION:\n1) Approve the Relocation Funding and Storage License Agreement between\nthe City of Irvine and Flying Leathernecks Historical Foundation.\n2) Approve a budget adjustment in the amount of $2,500,000 for payment to\nFlying Leathernecks Aviation Museum for relocation expenses, and $300,000\nfor work necessary to secure Building 297.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council, the vote on this\nmatter will reflect the prior action of each Councilmember when he or she sat\nand voted as a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Park\nCorporation. However, if a Councilmember is not present at the City Council\nmeeting, his or her vote will be reflected as absent.)\n2.7
