8F. Amendments to Agreements for As-Needed Construction Management and\nInspection Services (CM&I). Environmental Considerations: The actions being\nconsidered by the City Council are not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) because agreement amendments are not "projects" per\nSection 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines. These actions authorize staff to\nimplement an organizational or administrative activity of government that by\nitself will not result in a direct or indirect physical change in the environment.\nContact Person: Principal Engineer Widelski\nRecommended Action: 1) Authorize the City Manager or designee, in\ncoordination with the City Attorney, to execute amendments in substantial form\nto the as-needed Engineering Services agreements with Ardurra, Dudek, and\nWSP to add $250,000 of capacity to each agreement for new not-to-exceed\namounts of $1,000,000 and new expiration dates in February, March and April\n2026, respectively; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee, in\ncoordination with the City Attorney, to execute an amendment in substantial\nform, to the as-needed Engineering Services agreement with Kleinfelder\nConstruction Services Inc. to add $250,000 of capacity for a new not-to-\nexceed amount of $1,172,000 and a new expiration date in March 2026.\n2025-01-22 Item 08F Amendment to as-needed CM&I Contracts ENG SRVCS
