AMENDING REGULATIONS IN THE BEVERLY HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO THE\nADJUSTMENT OF LOT LINES THAT WOULD CREATE OR EXPAND LOTS ACROSS THE\nJURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY (Second Reading for Adoption); AND\nPURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\n(CEQA), THE CITY COUNCIL WILL ALSO CONSIDER FINDING THE ORDINANCE EXEMPT\nFROM CEQA.\nComment: This ordinance was introduced on November 15, 2022, and is returning to the Council for\nsecond reading and adoption. This ordinance has previously been reviewed by the Planning Commission\nat their October 13th meeting, during which they adopted a resolution recommending the City Council\napprove the draft ordinance.
