9. Accept the bid from Great Scott Tree Service, Inc., in the amount of $1,600,830.64 plus a 20% contingency, to provide as needed tree maintenance services for the eastern portion of the Anaheim Resort Maintenance District for a five year period; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the agreement, including one year optional renewals commencing after year one of the five year period, in accordance with Bid #9841.
