Approve the Cooperative Agreement with the cities of Santa Ana, Brea, Placentia\nand Anaheim for the implementation of Kraemer Boulevard/Glassell Street/Grand\nAvenue Corridor Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Project; and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute on behalf of the City.\n2.
