13. Approve an agreement with Woodard & Curran, in the amount of $869,275 plus a 10% contingency for a total contract amount not to exceed $956,203, for the design of the Crescent, Broadview and Victoria Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project, and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the agreement and any related documents and take such actions as are necessary to implement and administer the agreement.
