Approve Contract Number MA# 106-498332 with Padcor, in the amount of $294,382 plus a 20% contingency, to remove and replace the Katella Avenue theme tower LED readerboard system and repaint the theme tower at the Anaheim Convention Center, and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary documents related to the agreement, in accordance with Request for Proposals #9828.
