9I. APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR TOWING SERVICES\nThe City Council will consider approval of the First Amendment to the Agreement for\nGeneral Services – Towing Services with Action Southland Enterprises, Inc., DBA Action\nSouthland Towing to extend the term of the Agreement to September 30, 2025. Action\nSouthland Towing currently provides towing services for the City and the Orange County\nSheriff’s Department.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Approve the First Amendment to the existing Agreement for General Services -\nTowing Services with Action Southland Enterprises, Inc., DBA Action Southland\nTowing; and\nJanuary 28, 2025\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton and Action Southland\nEnterprises, Inc., DBA Action Southland Towing in a contract to provide towing\nservices to the City of Stanton for an extended term from September 30, 2024 to\nSeptember 30, 2025.
