APPEAL TO THE SECOND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE (MASTER CASE 24-\n008) - Appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to the City Council for a second\naccessory structure in the Placerita Canyon Special Standards District.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing to consider Appeal No. 24-005, an appeal of a Planning\nCommission decision on October 1, 2024, approving a recreational vehicle metal\ngarage, subject to conditions;\n2. After receiving testimonial and written evidence from the public hearing, adopt a\nresolution denying Appeal 24-005 and upholding the Planning Commission’s October\n1, 2024, decision; and
