5.1 Award of Contract for the Citywide Slurry Seal Project - Citywide Slurry Seal 2024.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount\nof $684,909 to Roy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc. and that all other bids be rejected; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $68,490.90 for potential change\norders; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
