10. 2025 CITYWIDE ENGINEERING AND TRAFFIC SURVEY - PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES CONTRACT - This item considers awarding a professional services\ncontract to conduct the 2025 Citywide Engineering and Traffic Survey to determine and\njustify speed limits in the City.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a contract to AGA Engineers, Inc., for the 2025 Citywide Engineering and\nTraffic Survey, in an amount not to exceed $98,065.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
