CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-007, APPROVING FINAL\nMAP NO. 83399, MASTER AFFORDABLE HOUSING COVENANT AND\nDENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT, AND AFFORDABILITY COVENANTS\nAND RESTRICTIONS AND OPTION TO PURCHASE SECURED BY\nDEED OF TRUST, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD\nTHE FINAL MAP AND ASSOCIATED AGREEMENTS WITH THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE\nApproval of Final Map No. 83399 and associated Master Affordable\nHousing Covenant and Density Bonus Agreement, and Affordability\nCovenants and Restrictions.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-007 approving Final Map No. 83399 and\nMaster Affordable Housing Covenant and Density Bonus\nAgreement, and Affordability Covenants and Restrictions Affecting\nReal Property and Option to Purchase Property Secured by Deed of\nTrust; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the Final Map, Master Affordable\nHousing Covenant and Density Bonus Agreement, and Affordability\nCovenants and Restrictions Affecting Real Property and Option to\nPurchase Property Secured by Deed of Trust, with the Los Angeles\nCounty Recorder's office.
