CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 25-012,\nADOPTING AND APPROVING THE UPGRADED PAY SCHEDULE &\nBENEFITS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR POSITION\nOn September 24, 2024, the City Council approved Resolution No. 24-\n226, approving cost of living adjustments for non-represented executives\nand part-time employees. This resolution will upgrade the salary range of\nthe Public Works Director position to be externally competitive and\ninternally equitable.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council consider\nadopting Resolution No. 25-012, approving a revised monthly salary\nschedule for the Public Works Director position.
