CONSIDERATION FOR AUTHORIZATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-\n008 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN\nGABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENT (SGVCOG) FOR THE\nACTIVE STREETS CORAZÓN DEL VALLE 2025 EVENT\nStaff recommends City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a\nMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments (SGVCOG) and the City of El Monte for the Active Streets:\nCorazón del Valle event for the planning, coordinating, outreach, and/ or\nstaging of the event.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Resolution No. 25-008 approving a Memorandum of Agreement\n(MOA) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Government and the\nCity of El Monte for the Corazon del Valle event; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute\nthe agreement.
