4. Contract Amendment for Bid No. 012-25 – Citywide Street\nBeautification\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Appropriate $470,086 of Transnet EL03 funds for the purpose\nof increasing the Citywide Street Beautification project\n(243833PWCP); and\n2. Amend the scope of work and increase the compensation and\nworking days for the Public Works Contract with Eagle Paving,\nLLC (Eagle) in the not-to-exceed amount of $470,085.03.
