C.2. 2025 Annual Citizen Commission Appointments. (File 0410-05)\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Appoint three (3) members to the Budget and Finance Commission\nnominated/appointed by individual members (Mayor Heebner, Councilmember\nEdson, and Councilmember Zito) for two-year terms.\n2. Appoint five (5) members to the Climate & Resiliency Commission\nnominated/appointed by Council-at-large for the following positions:\na. Three (3) Resident appointments for two-year terms.\nb. One (1) Resident appointment for a one-year term.\nc. One (1) Professional appointment for a member of the environmental and/or\nscientific community (resident or non-resident) for a two-year term.\n3. Appoint four (4) members to the Parks and Recreation Commission\nnominated/appointed by Council-at-large for two-year terms.\n4. Appoint four (4) members to the Public Arts Commission nominated/appointed\nby Council-at-large for two-year terms.\n5.
