PROPOSED 2025 COMPREHENSIVE USER FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Open the Public Hearing, receive public testimony, close\nthe Public Hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. 2025-C04, updating user fees for various\nmunicipal regulatory activities, programs, and services with development-related fees\neffective 60 days after the adoption and other non-development related fees being effective\nimmediately upon adoption; and 3) Authorize Staff to continue to adjust fees on an annual\nbasis using inflationary index and methods outlined in the attached Study and Resolution No.\n2025-C04.
