F.1. AWARD OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO RWBID\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, LLC FOR OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE\nSERVICES [H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of an Agreement\nfor Professional Services to RWBID Construction Management, LLC for a two-\nyear term to provide owner’s representative services for the City’s capital projects.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Professional Services with\nRWBID Construction Management, LLC to provide owner’s representative\nservices in an amount not-to-exceed $700,000; 2) Authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute documents incident to the award of the Agreement; and 3)\nAuthorize the Director of Finance & Technology Services to allocate $700,000\nfrom unallocated reserves in the Capital Fund to account number 301-3-08-08-\n533009 for owner’s representative services and related costs.
