CAMPBELL, R.\nABRAMSON, M. BARKER, H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an Agreement with Melk\nUrban Design, LLC., to provide professional services for the San Vicente\nStreetscape Plaza: Sky Sanctuaries Project, which includes feasibility analysis,\ncommunity outreach, and technical assessments. This item will be funded by the\nLos Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) Measure\nA Technical Assistance Program (TAP).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Approve an Agreement for Services with Melk Urban\nDesign, LLC. to provide professional services for the San Vicente Streetscape\nPlaza: Sky Sanctuaries Project in the amount of $285,000; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute all documents incident to the Agreement.
