File\nthe Notice of Completion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles Recorder’s Office,\nb. Issue the final payment to the contractor at the end of the 35-day lien period, c.\nRelease of the Performance Bond on the date of recordation of the Notice of\nCompletion, d. Release of the Payment Bond 35 days after the date of recordation\nof the Notice of Completion, pending no receipt of Stop Notices from material\nsuppliers or subcontractors.
