15. CONTRACT WITH ELECNOR BELCO ELECTRIC, INC. FOR HARBOR\nBOULEVARD REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROGRAM\nPROJECT\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Harbor Boulevard Regional Traffic Signal\nSynchronization Program Project.\n2. Award $1,307,223 construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. for Harbor\nBoulevard Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n3. Authorize Director of Administrative Services, or designee, to issue purchase order\nnot to exceed $132,365 to CT West for traffic controller unit equipment and software\nfor the Harbor Boulevard Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project,\nwithin the approved project budget.\n4. Authorize Director of Administrative Services, or designee, to issue a purchase order\nFebruary 4, 2025 - Page 6\nnot to exceed $144,224 to Iteris, Inc. for vehicle detection equipment for the Harbor\nBoulevard Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project, within the\napproved project budget.\n5. Authorize Director of Public Works, or designee, to approve change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services, within the\napproved project budget.
