16. CONTRACT WITH WILLIAMS PIPELINE CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR\nCANNON-SHEPPARD AREA WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for Cannon-Sheppard Area Water Main\nReplacement Project.\n2. Approve $2,160,000 Water Funds (Fund 44) budget transfer and appropriation from\nProject 53250 Water Main System Replacement to Project 53043 Cannon-Sheppard\nArea Water Main Replacement within the Water Fund (Fund 44).\n3. Award $1,804,400 construction contract for Cannon-Sheppard Area Water Main\nReplacement Project to Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Director of Public Works, or designee, to approve any future change orders\nfor construction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
