7. MEDI-CAL VOLUNTARY RATE RANGE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION FOR\nEMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COST RECOVERY\nProposed Motion:\n1. Authorize Fire Department to pursue initial and ongoing participation in the Medi -Cal\nVoluntary Rate Range Program (VRRP) Intergovernmental Transfer.\n2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute agreements and documents with the\nCalifornia Department of Health Care Services and CalOptima Health for VRRP\nparticipation, contingent upon finalizing agreement terms, in a form approved by City\nAttorney.
