2.a An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Placentia, California amending Chapter\n10.56 “Graffiti” of Title 10 “Peace, Morals and Safety” of the Placentia Municipal Code\nrelating to the prevention, enforcement, and abatement of graffiti, and recovering costs\nrelated thereto\nFiscal Impact:\nNo immediate impact. Potential for increased revenue.\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Open the Public Hearing concerning Ordinance No. O-2025-01, an Ordinance of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California amending Sections 10.56.010,\n10.56.020, 10.56.060, and 10.56.070 (Chapter 10.56 “Graffiti” of Title 10 “Peace,\nMorals and Safety”) relating to the prevention, enforcement, and abatement of graffiti,\nand recovering costs related thereto; and\n2. Receive the Staff Report and consider all Public Testimony; and\n3. Close the Public Hearing; and\n4. Waive full reading, by title only, and introduce and adopt Ordinance No. O-2025-01,\namending PMC Title 10 related to graffiti abatement.
