Approve a Resolution amending Resolution No. 2018-011 to add an at-large member\nappointed by City Council to and remove One Staff Member from the Investment Advisory\nCommittee; and Direct staff to update the City's Statement of Investment Policy regarding the\ncomposition of the Investment Advisory Committee at the next annual review. There is no fiscal\nimpact to the General Fund.
