8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL STAFF 25-151\nSUPPORT FOR GENERAL PLANNING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute a\nthree-year Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with two one-year\nrenewals in a form as approved by the City Attorney for on-call staff support\nfor general planning services:\n· City Advisors, LLC\n· Community Catalyst, Inc.\n· Dudek\n· Interwest Consulting Group, Inc\n· Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.\n· MIG, Inc.\n· Placeworks, Inc.\n· The Code Group, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, and City Clerk to execute the PSA\nand future amendments with the above listed firms including any potential\nincreases in compensation as long as the amendments are within the annual\nbudget.\nAttachments: 1.
