ACCEPTANCE OF THE LED LIGHTING INSTALLATION AT CITY 25-148\nPARKS AND ATHLETIC FACILITIES PROJECT (JACK HAMMETT\nSPORTS COMPLEX, TEWINKLE ATHLETIC COMPLEX, COSTA\nMESA TENNIS CENTER, AND BARK PARK), CITY PROJECT NO.\n23-09\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by R&M Electrical Contracting, Inc. (RMF\nContracting, Inc.) [RMF], 1523 North Harmony Circle, Anaheim, California\n92807, for the Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Lighting Installation at City Parks\nand Athletic Facilities Project (Jack Hammett Sports Complex, TeWinkle\nAthletic Complex, Costa Mesa Tennis Center, and Bark Park), City Project\nNo. 23-09, and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention monies thirty-five (35)\ndays after the Notice of Completion filing date; release the Labor and\nMaterial Bond seven (7) months after the filing date; and release the Faithful\nPerformance Bond one (1) year after the filing date.\nAttachments: 1.
