CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED MARCH 14, 2023\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget;\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· City Manager has reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nOne contract amendment is being presented for City Council consideration -\nDesi Alvarez an individual (dba MCM Management Co.) provides project\nmanagement services for Well 10 Construction Project (“Project”). The\namendment is for a term extension to accommodate completion of the Project,\nprepared in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated March 14, 2023.
