A. PRESENTATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE\nFINANCIAL REPORT AND OTHER AUDIT REPORTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR\nENDED JUNE 30, 2024\nThe certified public accounting firm of Moss, Levy, Hartzheim, LLP was engaged\nby the City Council to perform an audit of the financial statements and conduct\ncompliance testing of the City of San Gabriel for the Fiscal Year ended June 30,\n3034. Moss, Levy, Hartzheim, LLP conducted the audit in accordance with the\ngenerally-accepted auditing standards and issued an unqualified (clean) audit\nopinion on the financial statements. This report provides a summary of the\naudit to be used as a companion to the published Annual Comprehensive\nFinancial Report.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council receive and file the annual audit reports for the\nFiscal Year ended June 30, 2024.
