6) CONSIDERATION OF A CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN IN\nRESPONSE TO STATE AUDITOR REPORT 2024-801\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Proposed Corrective Action Plan in response to the Local High\nRisk Program Report 2024-801 issued by the State Auditor;\n2. Authorize staff to transfer $1,787,000 from the Other Post-\nEmployment Benefit (OPEB) Internal Service Fund back to the\nGeneral Fund; and\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Request for Proposals for investment\nmanagement and advisory services to evaluate the City's full\nportfolio and recommend changes to maximize the return\nof assets.
