18. CONSIDER APPROVING AN INCREASE TO THE APPROVED FISCAL YEAR SPEND WITH AMAZON FOR\nMATERIALS AND SUPPLIES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. WAIVE the formal bidding procedures as defined by CMC Section 2610, as allowed by CMC Section\n2611(g) (Cooperative Purchasing).\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City to make purchases of materials, supplies and equipment from Amazon\nBusiness in a cumulative amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal year, throughout the term of the\napproved cooperative agreement.
