CC 10. Professional Services Agreements for CEQA and NEPA Related Services\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreements to allow for continued contractual\nsupport for CEQA and NEPA related consulting services for a compensation amount\nnot to exceed $300,000 each for Michael Baker, Dudek, Inc., and Environmental\nScience Associates (ESA); and\n2. Approve Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with EPD\nSolutions, Inc. to extend term of agreement, update the approved fee schedule, and\namend compensation by $122,000 for continued contractual support for CEQA and\nNEPA related consulting services.
