The display is scheduled to begin at 11:00\nA.M. and last for approximately 15 minutes. A fee of $81.00 is due at the time\nof permit issuance.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the Fire Chief or Deputy Fire\nMarshal to issue a Fireworks Permit to Pyro Spectaculars, Incorporated,\ncontingent on the meeting the conditions of the application.
