3. A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH ONYX PAVING COMPANY, INC. FOR THE 2025 SPRING\nALLEY CDBG PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a Construction Contract with\nOnyx Paving Company, Inc., of Anaheim, California, for the 2025 Spring Alley CDBG\nPavement Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $777,000 plus a 10% contingency of\n$77,700 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $854,700; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project including, but not limited to, contracts, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, and filing a notice of\ncompletion at the conclusion of all construction related activities.\nATTACHMENT: Exhibit A - Location Map.pdf\nATTACHMENT: Draft Contract_1.29.25.pdf
