11. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize staff and 25-596\nJilk Heavy Construction, Inc. (“JILK”) to continue work with\nrespect to emergency demolition related to the\nhammerhead portion of the Oceanside Pier, including the\nremoval of the existing restaurant and food kiosk, and\ncontinue the City Engineer’s authorization to approve\nChange Orders up to a total of $135,000.
