D. Approving and Authorizing Amendment 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with NV5, Inc. for On-call Professional Inspection Services -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7612: 1. Approving Amendment 1 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement dated March 13, 2023, with NV5, Inc.,\nincreasing the second year compensation for on-call inspection services by\n$100,000 for a total revised contract amount of $1,540,000; and, 2.\nAuthorizing and directing the Interim City Manager to execute Amendment 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement on behalf of the City.
