F. Approving the Emergency Purchase of Two Personal Watercraft - That\nthe City Council adopt Resolution 7614: 1. Approving the emergency\npurchase of two (2) Personal Watercraft for the Marine Safety Department, in\nresponse to the critical failure of current units and the ongoing need for\nreliable lifesaving equipment; and, 2. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to\nexecute an emergency purchase agreement with Del Amo Motorsports in the\namount of $35,958.
