AFFIRMING DIRECTION FROM THE JANUARY\n31, 2025, STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION\nRecommendations:\n(1) Affirm direction given at the January 31, 2025,\nStrategic Planning session, including regarding the\ncommunity pool, ad hoc committees, and more (as\nlisted in the discussion section of the agenda report);\n(2) Adopt preliminary timelines for the five key\ninitiatives discussed at the 2025 Strategic Planning\nSession; and\n(3) Consider the proposed disposition of the 2024\nCouncil Priority List and revise if appropriate.
