4. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement with Outfront/JCDecaux for Bus Shelter Furniture and Advertising\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 1885A with Consultant through April 30, 2023, retroactive to November 2, 2015, to continue bus shelter and bus shelter advertisement services through April 30, 2023;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into an Amendment No. 4 that is consistent with Amendment No. 3's terms and conditions up to an additional 12 months to provide time to negotiate a new contract or issue a Request for Proposal to procure a new contract; and\nc.
