E. Approval of Second Modification to Agreement with Swiftly, Ltd. for Real Time Bus Arrival Predictions\nand BBB Performance Analytics\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant environmental effects pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a second modification to agreement\n#11000 in the amount of $311,150, with Swiftly Corporation for a cloud-hosted Software as\na Service (SaaS) solution for customer-focused real-time schedule information and\nservice performance metrics for staff for the Department of Transportation. This will result\nin a six-year agreement with a new total amount not to exceed $1,684,454, with future\nyear funding contingent on Council budget approval.\na.
