5. Fund Appropriation and Change Order No. 1 for Citywide Valve Replacement Project\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Appropriating $225,000 from the unrestricted balance of the Water Fund to the Citywide Valve Replacement, City Project No. 688-WTR to fund Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-29-CC with Gentry General Engineering, and construction contingencies;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-29-CC to replace a 24-inch water valve, and to install a line stop for an amount not-to-exceed $190,000; and\nc.
