Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-16-CC with GGA to extend the term to December 31, 2024, and to prepare design and construction documents for the demolition phase of the South Gate Courthouse Project, City Project No. 561-ARC ("Project"), in the amount of $33,584; and\nb.
