Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with CT&T Concrete Paving Inc. for the construction of the City\nSidewalk Reconstruction #2 Project in the amount of $846,144.02 and\nauthorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $84,614.40 (Bid No. DE-25\n-56-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for City Sidewalk Reconstruction #2 Project.
